The License Registration option allows you to enter information about your company (such as its name and address) and a system unlocking key for the number of user licenses you have purchased. This process is necessary in order to register your system for unrestricted use. If you do not register this system, you will be allowed access for forty-five days as a trial. After that, the system will automatically begin to "time out", and it will take longer to start up and open menu options with each successive day.
Once registered, the information used in the registration screen will be displayed on transaction forms and report headers.
The Trace Key is needed to unlock the advanced inventory tracing features needed for third-party applications like Trace Register.
The License Number, Unlocking Key and Trace Key can be obtained by contacting the Netâ˘Yield sales department at 800-352-6463 or sales@NetYield.com.
If your system has already been registered, the License Registration option will allow you to add additional users to the system by entering a new unlocking code for the number of licenses purchased.
